General
Every person or entity that you associate with can be a contact in MYOB AO, but not all of these contacts may be clients.
Contacts are individuals or companies that the practice may come into contact with. They may be suppliers of products or services to the business such as banks, bookkeepers or solicitors, or prospective clients that you may want to keep in the database.
Clients, however, are individuals or entities that you carry out work for such as producing financial statements, lodging tax returns or filing with ASIC.
In this topic, you will learn about how to manage your contacts and how to manage your clients.
